Floor Plan Updates These are the latest iterations of the primary academic floor plans. They are not finalized and are still undergoing revision, though they are probably 90% correct at this point in terms of the spaces identified and their adjacencies.

Schematic Design Draft Sketches from Open House #2 These sketches were presented at the Febrauary 7th Open House in the OSD Gymnasium.

Draft Sketches of Both Campus Plans These sketches were drawn during a series of user group meetings from Jaunuary 6 - 8, 2008. These are very rough concept drawings with little consideration to scale, landscaping, streets, parking, or interior floor plans. However, they do represent a generally acceptable layout of new buildings on the existing campuses. Posted January 14, 2008
- Open House #1 files Available on OSFC Website All of the files and images from the August 15th, 2007 Open House are now available for download on the OSFC website. These are very large files, one file is over 170 megabytes, and may take a long time to download over a low-speed Internet connection. - Capacity Studies Below are a few capacity studies completed in 2006 as a part of a feasibility study to see if the approximate square footage contained in the new schools would fit onto one of the campuses. Though they may look like building outlines or seem to imply a site layout, they were not ever viewed in that light, nor will they be used for that purpose or any other purpose moving forward. Nevertheless, they are interesting pictures. These are large files and may take a long time to download on a slower Internet connection. - Conceptual Relationship Drawing Here is a concept drawing from May 2007 meant to describe one possible way that various components of the new school might relate to one another. This is not an official document and it was not prepared by our architects, but it may be of interest. - Draft Concept Plans In conjunction with the Community Open House held in the OSSB gymnasium on August 15, 2007, Steed, Hammond, and Paul prepared several draft concept plans. These documents show that it is possible to place all of the square footage identified in the Educational Specifications on either side of the ravine. They also show potential uses for the land on both sides of the ravine that would help fit all the new facilities and give more flexibility for construction phasing and future changes. These particular drawings were not among those shown during the open house. |
