(Abatement will be 5 weeks and Demolition will be immediately afterwards) May 31, 2009 – Project bids for early site work construction bids to be awarded June 2009 – Begin early site work construction July 30, 2009 – Construction Documents to be completed and advertised September 30, 2009 – Project bids for new schools and dormitories construction to be let October 31, 2009 – Early site work construction project completed October 2009 – Begin construction of new academic buildings and residential units October 2009 – Begin construction of bridge connector 2010 February 2010 – Complete bridge connector July 2010 – Complete residential units December 31, 2010 – Construction of new schools and dormitories project completed 2011 March 2011 – Contractor’s close-out of the new schools project activities
